AutoPilot4Feed:
The general brochure for front to back feed mill
automation.
AutoPilot4FeedYard:
Advanced control for feed yards. Advanced algorithms
ensure fast and accurate weighing of ingredients.
Power Monitor:
A comprehensive energy monitoring and logging
system. Using current transformers, it shows where and
when power is used and measures the effect of any
changes. When integrated with AutoPilot4Feed,
it calculates kwh/tonne figures for each product showing
which products take excess power to produce.
Asset Master:
A real-time maintenance package that ties in seamlessly
to AutoPilot4Feed to allow for accurate preventative
maintenance planning.
Hand Held (PDA)
Control: Gives the option of controlling the feed mill remotely
using a hand-held Pocket PC device. * In June

Bar Code Reader: Fit a bar code reader to your
AutoPilot4Feed PDA and prevent mistakes with bags of
supplements, premixes and drugs.
Bulk Out-loading Minder:
Provides a
cost-effective method of preventing mistakes on manual
bulk out-loading operations.
MasterWeigh NT:
A new design for
supervision & control of all types of manually weighed
ingredients. This control system is beneficial wherever
a number of ingredients are weighed manually as part of
a process.
PC Hand Add Station:
This is a powerful system for ensuring that the
correct and accurate hand adds are always added. Can be
used to weigh hand additives in the main batches in the
plant or in advance for batches which will be produced
in the future (pre-weigh mode).

Tracking:
